12月29日讯 今天是广东外援吉伦沃特的36岁生日，广东男篮官博送上了生日祝福。

吉伦沃特1988年12月29日出生于美国马萨诸塞州波士顿，2011年，吉伦沃特在NBA选秀中落选。随后他辗转以色列、土耳其、俄罗斯、韩国和日本联赛打球。

2017年，吉伦沃特加盟中国NBL联赛陕西信达篮球俱乐部，并在2017、2018赛季两度获得NBL联赛总决赛最有价值球员。2021年，吉伦沃特加盟CBA联赛山东西王篮球俱乐部，2023-24赛季CBA联赛结束后，吉伦沃特加盟NBL联赛安徽文一篮球俱乐部，跟随球队获得2024赛季NBL联赛总决赛亚军。

2024年10月，吉伦沃特签约CBA广东宏远篮球俱乐部。本赛季至今吉伦沃特出战22场比赛，场均31分钟，砍下26.8分7.7篮板2.1助攻，三项命中率为53.2/37/90.2%。
